Informational service

CovetIQ provides editorial shopping guidance, estimated prices, directional scores, comparisons, and links to third-party merchants. It is not a retailer, authenticator, appraiser, investment adviser, or financial adviser. Recommendations do not guarantee product availability, authenticity, resale value, performance, or suitability.

Prices and product information

Prices, availability, names, and product details can change without notice. Verify all material information directly with the merchant before purchasing. A merchant’s terms govern any transaction.

Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, lawful shopping research. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at a harmful rate, misrepresent CovetIQ content, or use the service to violate another party’s rights.

Intellectual property

CovetIQ’s brand, design, original scoring framework, interface, copy, and aggregated perception data are protected materials. Third-party brand and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary.

External services

Links lead to independent merchants and brand sites. CovetIQ does not control their products, claims, privacy practices, availability, authentication, fulfillment, returns, or customer service.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. CovetIQ disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or third-party purchases.

Changes and termination

Features and these terms may change. Access may be suspended where necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing terms

Applicable consumer-protection rights remain unaffected. Jurisdiction-specific governing-law and dispute provisions will be added before commercial affiliate operations begin.
